At Uplift Women’s Health Collective, we believe that compassionate, expert care begins with the people who provide it. Our team is made up of skilled and dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting women’s health at every stage of life. From physiotherapists and massage therapists to our receptionist superstars, each member of our clinic brings a unique set of skills and a shared commitment to helping you feel empowered, nurtured, and heard.

In this blog, we’d love to introduce you to the incredible people behind Uplift—those who make our clinic a safe and welcoming space for healing, recovery, and wellness. Whether you’re visiting us for physiotherapy, bereavement massage, pregnancy support, or any of the other services we offer, you’ll get to know the faces and stories of the team members who are here to walk alongside you on your journey.

Courtney – Director and Practice Manager

Courtney is the amazing practice manager and a director of Uplift. You can often find her, with her lovely welcoming smile, greeting you at reception. Her favourite way to spend a weekend is going on a lunch date with her husband, catching up with family & friends, and having some quiet time on her own to read. She has three dogs—Remy, Winson, & Lyla. Her favourite food is a great burger, but without cheese and gluten!

Travis – Director

Travis is one of Uplift’s directors, working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. His passion for women’s health stems from witnessing his wife’s postpartum journey and the challenges that came with it. His favourite way to unwind after a hectic day is cuddling with his kids. He enjoys all kinds of food, but if he had to choose a favourite right now, it would be slow-cooked meats. He has always wanted to travel to South America!

Nicole – Director and Physiotherapist

Nicole is not only one of Uplift’s directors but also an experienced physiotherapist who has helped countless women through their health journeys. She is currently on maternity leave and is missed by clients and staff alike. Her favourite way to unwind after a hectic day is sitting out on the balcony with her husband, Jed, looking out at the Dandenongs with a gin in hand. Now, instead of gin, it’s cuddles with the newest addition to their family. She really enjoys Indian and Thai cuisine, which is funny because they were the two foods she absolutely couldn’t stand during her pregnancy!

Anmei – Physiotherapist

Anmei is a warm and dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies. She is about to go on maternity leave, and we will miss her gentle and kind presence at work. Her favourite way to spend a weekend is outdoors with her family at a park, enjoying a leisurely walk. If she has a day to herself, she enjoys taking the time to exercise, have a hot tea, and read. Dessert is her favourite cuisine, and anything with chocolate in it is always a winner!

Roxy – Physiotherapist

Roxy is an integral part of the Uplift team, bringing a fun and energetic presence to the clinic. She loves helping women build strength and confidence through movement. Her favourite way to spend a weekend is catching up with friends and family, enjoying a nice long walk, and eating yummy food. Her favourite way to unwind after a hectic day is to light a candle and cuddle up on the couch with Marlo, watching a show—currently, MAFS is her guilty pleasure.

Stevie – Physiotherapist

Stevie is the newest addition to our physiotherapy team, and we are so excited to have her join Uplift in early March. Her ideal weekend depends on the season: beach days in summer, snowboarding in winter (if there’s even any snow), or heading out to a great restaurant with friends at any time of year. She’s always had a love for travel, and South America is currently at the top of her bucket list!

Sarah – Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist

Sarah is Uplift’s massage therapist and acupuncturist, known for her calming and nurturing presence. She has a passion for helping women relax, recover, and reconnect with their bodies through massage and acupuncture. Her favourite food is Mexican, and she has always wanted to go somewhere remote to see the Aurora Australis. She also dreams of travelling overseas to experience the thrill of watching an NHL ice hockey game live in the stadium.

Liz – Receptionist Superstar

Liz is one of our exceptional receptionist superstars, always greeting you with warmth and kindness. She ensures the clinic runs smoothly and helps create a welcoming atmosphere for every client who walks through the door. Liz has always wanted to visit Canada, drawn to its stunning landscapes and wildlife. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and cherishes moments with her grandchildren, making memories that she holds close to her heart.

Rhea – Receptionist Superstar

Rhea is one of our awesome receptionist superstars. She has a sparkly personality and an infectious smile for staff and clients alike. Her ideal weekend generally starts with a sleep-in, followed by a brunch date with friends. She likes to spend the afternoon getting on top of her errands and then loves to explore a nice restaurant or go for some drinks. Depending on the weather, she also loves to go for long scenic walks or relax in the pool. Her favourite way to unwind after a hectic day is with a laid-back evening, enjoying a quick takeaway meal and some reality TV—it’s the perfect way to relax and deal with the day’s chaos.

At Uplift Women’s Health Collective, we are more than just a team—we are a community dedicated to supporting, uplifting, and empowering every woman who walks through our doors. We hope that by getting to know us a little better, you’ll feel even more comfortable and confident in your care. Whether you’re seeking treatment, guidance, or simply a compassionate space to heal, know that we are here for you every step of the way. We look forward to welcoming you into our clinic and being part of your journey to better health and well-being.
